The Smoke is Getting Thick

The House Intelligence Committee Chairman yesterday suspended a Democrat staffer over a suspected leak to the NYT of the National Intelligence Estimate last month. The Times gleefully manipulated portions of the document to cause a political firestorm that began the backlash against the Republican Party.

While the Republicans have been embroiled in turpitude issues, it appears that the Dems have been undermining National Intelligence. Go Figure. The justification for all of this? They feel that they deserve to be in power and are willing to do whatever is necessary to get that power; even at the expense and jeopardy of thousands of US soldier's lives.

Deserve to be in power? Pardon me but the last time that I looked, the power to govern and lead this country is a responsibility that is given to a person or group that has earned it. It is not a right, a inheritance, or anything else of the sort. It is a gift of the electorate. Period. The Democratic Party has demonstrated that they have not earned your vote. But they have earned your scorn.

The only effective way to show that scorn is to vote for their opponents. A protest vote or not voting at all only returns the vile, treacherous, lying, greedy Democrats to an office that they disparage and have not earned.
