Barbara Boxer Must Go
I am a political junkie. I guess that my interest started when I heard Ronald Reagan’s acceptance speech at the 1980 convention. I didn’t know much of anything about politics. But his speech directly resonated with me. President Carter’s approach was that things were bad but we would keep on plugging along until they got better. Reagan’s approach was that we were going to seize our destiny by the throat and soar even higher. I saw a country that was concerned about inflation, interest rates approaching 20% and 50 hostages held in a country that seemed to live to burn an American flag nightly on the evening news. Reagan showed me that we needed a leader to lead with conviction and hope. Not hope and concern.
I received a phone call last night from a solicitor from the Republican National Committee. The pitch was that the party learned its lesson in the November elections and they asked for $60 to help them take back control of congress. I said then and I will say for the next two years that the RNC will not get one dime of my money until they learn to govern as the conservatives that I voted for. And then I saw the news last night. Our president has laid out a bold strategy to achieve victory in Iraq. Then on the news, the network trotted out congressmen from both sides of the aisle attacking the president’s proposal. They would rather cut and run than do whatever it takes to win. The only fight they are willing to win is the fight for reelection. I was appalled at the number of Republicans who joined with the Democrats in choosing to lose the war in Iraq.
That reaffirmed my decision not to give the party any money. But the actions of the Republicans paled in comparison to the acid lipped rhetoric of the hyenas of the Democratic Party. People who were elected in good faith to do what’s best for our country, not what’s best for their reelection. All of the normal dogs where there: Shumer, Reid, Pelosi, Clinton. But the golden b***h award goes to Barbara Boxer. As a matter of fact, she might be the B***h Emeritus. Mrs. Clinton will give her a run for her money but Boxer is the current champ. Contrast the bright vision of Reagan to the unstatesman like Babs Boxer.
When questioning Condoleezza Rice yesterday, B***h Boxer slung the vilest mud. Here is her statement:
"Who pays the price? I'm not going to pay a personal price," Boxer said. "My kids are too old, and my grandchild is too young."
Then, to Rice: "You're not going to pay a particular price, as I understand it, with an immediate family."
F-16 pilots wear a patch on their left sleeve, “YGBSM” – You Gotta Be Sh**ing Me. Boxer had the unmitigated gall to slam one of the brightest, most honest, woman of any color in the country because she had no children. B***h Boxer, are you saying that minority women should be home pregnant and not getting all uppity with a government job? Are you implying that women of color have no business aspiring to be anything other than a baby production facility? Exactly what is your attitude toward women of color senator?
B***h Boxer needs to apologize to Condoleezza Rice for her insensitive, cruel, and racist remarks. Then she needs to resign and return to the vile pit that spawned her.
