Whoa, Look Out!

Don't step in that bile coming from John Kerry's mouth. Once again, Mr. French has decided that it was not only appropriate to disparage his country but to go even further and denigrate those who have volunteered to answer a call to service greater than themselves. I'm not going to link to the verbal vomit from the kept senator. You can find it easy enough.

It has taken me most of the day to compose myself enough to make a cogent posting on this blog. In that time, I've had the opportunity to ask several of my colleagues, all college graduates in the military, what they thought of the loser of 2004's comments. Without exception, they all perceived the comments the same way that I have. These comments were not a joke about the president. They are spittle in the face of every man and woman who has chosen to defend this great country. They are urine on the boots of the fathers, mothers, brothers, and sisters who are separated from loved ones for months at a time so that he can lie about the president. His words are feces on the porch of the families whose loved ones gave their lives to fight an enemy thousands of miles away so that we don't have to fight him here.

The intellectual aridity of the phony hero is only surpassed by his arrogance and hatred for his country. His desire for power is a kaleidoscope that changes reality into fantasy. He is the face of a party that feels the same way toward our country and our military heroes that he does. John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi, Richard Durbin, Harry Reid, Howard Dean and John Murtha are not the exception to the views of the Democratic Party. They are it's bedrock. They and the rest of the Democratic candidates that they represent deserve our outrage and our scorn. They certainly do not deserve our votes. They will not get mine.
